About the Owner

Hallmark Homes Associates owner David Tomolillo comes from a family of tradesmen and personally oversees all remodeling projects performed by his company. David first developed a love for carpentry when he was in High School and he helped his uncle remodel a 150 year old Victorian house. He worked in painting and carpentry crews until 1981 when he started Picasso Painting, a company he ran until he took over Hallmark Homes in 1988. A native to the North Boston area, David brings his passion for quality, strong work ethic and over twenty years of experience to Hallmark Homes Associates.

His in-depth product knowledge, precise craftsmanship and practical approach ensure that his customers receive quality, cost-effective solutions for their home improvement needs. We have hundreds of satisfied customers to prove it!
